Rocamadre Criolla Valle de Uco - 2024 (750ml) Bock still that hint of juniperLabelled as a Rose and made from a blend of Criolla Grande, Criolla Chiaca and Pais; this wine is more inspired by the Cerasuolo wines of Italy; a liminal space between rose and red, which can take a chill and act as either. Made with spontaneous fermentation native yeast. This wine shows a bright purple color, aromas of spiced black cherry with a grainy, slightly drying tannic finish. This is much less fruity than most Mendoza red wines. It shows
