Cartoon Polkadot Platform Sandals circus The boots have an insideCartoon Polkadot Platform Sandals w adjustable "Collar" Handcrafted to order in London The upper is made of shiny Red leather with White piping along centre front and white adjustable movable half moon collar. This can be folded to the outside or closed, in which case only the red underneath is showing. The platform wedge is made of cork and covered in custom made Red & White Polkadot leather. The different sized dots are hand cut and stitched.
