The bouquet is fine, vinous and fruity with a hint of liquorice that adds interest. In the mouth it is balanced, with very intense retro olfactory sensations, decidedly fruity. Longevity over 10 years. To pair with stuffed pasta, bollito misto, arrosti and mature cheeses.
