Antique Blue & White Pearlware Pottery Humidor "A Present for Mr. Capes 1834" Mid-Century Modern was discussed by critic PeterA very rare dated & inscribed William IV period Pearlware blue & white pottery humidor tobacco jar & cover, 1834. The jar with a pronounced dome or bell shaped cover mounted with an acorn shaped finial, both the cover & base are finely decorated with boats on a river within a landscape with castle ruins.
