Intense and fine aromas express perceptions of ripe plum, black cherry, blackberry, and dry red flowers. Followed by scents which subtly mix this varietys elegance with maturation in oak, a slight buttery note plays with perceptions of cinnamon, caramel and smoke. The finish is reminiscent of forest undergrowth, leather, and the tip of a pencil. The mouthfeel is soft and warm.
