Bojo do Luar, Rosa, Portugal, 750mL Kosher caramel and toasted coconutCloudy pink in color with hints of orange. The two red grapes in this blend, Vinho and Tinta Co were both sourced from an organic, small producer in the region of Vinho Verde. This ros underwent spontaneous fermentation in concrete and stainless steel with chestnut flowers. Aromatic and zesty with tons of fruit notes!
