it is in excellent condition with some fraying to the back graphic and a hole in the armpit on the inside of the jacket as shown

This is a pair of vintage Madewell Permanent Press pants

I can verify that these pieces dates from the 1990's as far back as the 1960's(maybe earlier)

There is a slight stain near the right armpit as shown in photos

It is incredibly soft and feels amazing when worn. This shirt is very old and will require special care when washing. I would suggest NOT putting this shirt in the washing machine and would suggest washing it carefully by hand. It is labeled as a size XL but fits closer to and adult size large.
