This medium bodied blended wine is tasty and easy to drink. Ready to enjoy upon release, Mount Hermon White is best consumed within two years of vintage. We enjoy serving the wine with grilled halibut with mango salsa, baked orange glazed chicken, or pasta with pistachio mint pesto.
