On the palate the wine is full-bodied and rock solid to the sappy core
The honey used is sourced from our neighboring town of Wanchese while the pecans are from an orchard just across the Croatan sound in Manns Harbor
It should drink beautifully for 20-25 years
Also excellent with mildly hot and spicy cuisine such as stir-fry dishes flavored with Asian chili sauce
it's a food-friendly option
