This remarkable 2015 Masters Collection release is a liquid time capsule, crafted to taste exactly like the whiskeys pioneered by Oscar Pepper and James Crow in the 1830s. Nose: Sweet shucked corn, honey, apple candy, and sugar cookies. Palate: Light bodied and crisp with lemon zest, vanilla shortbread, and mild rye spice. Finish: Clean, dry, and warming with hints of orchard fruit and light oak.
