Burroughs' 1959 novel of the same name It's a surreal and hypnotic treat. Not exactly a straightforward adaptation of Burrough's novel, more like a biography mixed with elements of his work and an interpretation of his drug fuelled writing processes. Incredible soundtrack by frequent Cronenberg collaborator Howard Shore, too Tested and working PAL UK version
