A classic Premier Cru vineyard, Les Vaucrains is widely considered to be 'Grand Cru' but at a Premier Cru price. This wine is full of restrained cranberry, cherry and pepper flavors and aromas. Cellaring is recommended but it will pair nicely with top sirloin or Coq au Vin.
