Centred around a vivid pear cut blue sapphire, the head comprises sweeping ribbons of platinum, studded with rose cut diamonds, all topped by a trefoil cluster of diamonds in millegrain bezel mounts. The band is finished in finely engraved hoop and groove motifs, ending with elegant bifurcated shoulders. It's French, circa 1910,
