The turquoise cabochons are arranged to form the petals of a flower (likely intended to be a pansy) in the centre of the heart
but it would have originally been attached to the end of a pocket watch chain

Belle Époque Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring contemporary Beautiful Georgian aquamarine five-stone ringDATE: Belle poque, c. 1910 Beautiful antique cluster ring dating from the French Belle poque (literally, "Age of Beauty"). Centred around a vivid pear cut blue sapphire, the head comprises sweeping ribbons of platinum, studded with rose cut diamonds, all topped by a trefoil cluster of diamonds in millegrain bezel mounts. The band is finished in finely engraved hoop and groove motifs, ending with elegant bifurcated shoulders. It's French, circa 1910,
