Owatrol CIP Rust-Inhibiting Penetrating Primer for Overcoating with Any Paint Crown Crafted Paint Conventional Spray Drying Time DependentCIP (Corrosive Inhibiting Primer) is a primer that prevents rust. It can be finished with both single and two pack paints and finishes. It has Owatrol Oil's anti corrosive qualities, which allow it to stabilise the surface. In order to build a firm, stable coating, it penetrates the substrate deeply, forcing out extra moisture and air. CIP is simple to use and doesn't need to be shot or sandblasted first. It works well on both horizontal and vertical
