SALMON PROCESSING MACHINERY #2 (CANNERY REDOUBT) The Aqua Orca oceangoing vesselsPrint size: 5 7 8" x 5 1 2" This is a drawing of a cannery redoubt for pressure cooking sealed cans of salmon. This particular one is from the mid twentieth century, and is still in operation. Tom Crestodina, an Alaskan fisherman, began making cutaway drawings in 2011 to connect with his young son, Franio, while he was out at sea.
