It’s a wine that is a bit of an outlier in Piedmont distinctly lacking the leathery earthiness that have become characteristic of Italy’s northwest region
It's based around a 5 year old whiskey matured in ex-bourbon barrels
There it stayed until 2019

Mas De Valériole 'Vé' Méditerranée Rosé, 2025 grenache This Ancho Reyes Verde ChiliA Provenal style blend of Caladoc, Merlot, and Marselan, this charming ros is harvested at night and aged in stainless steel revealing just 13% ABV.
