He is a full blooded Cherokee and he is the great, great, great nephew of the famous Indian Outlaw, Ned Christie. This painting was created using a photo that Denny's wife, Leigh, took at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center's Powwow in 2008. This is the second painting that Denny has done of Stan. The first was
