A smooth and textured wine with hints of red fruit, vanilla, and clove from a 3 month oak aging process followed by another 3 months in underground cement tanks on its lees. Pair this with a rich Paella made with any proteins you'd like, or some delicious burgers. The Costers del Segre DO in Northeastern Spain was recently created, and features both native and planted grape
