Florence et François Bachelier 'Les Forneaux' Premier Cru Chablis, 2023 cabernet franc fulfilling and of great lengthThis wine is made of 100% Chardonnay, from "Les Forneaux", the only Premier Cru in Chablis to face due South. We would love to pair it with something crispy or fatty, like otoro sushi or fried calamari. The grapes are from 32 year old vines on limestone soils above the river Le Serein.
