While the design has been imitated and modified over time, original period examples are rare. This particular piece showcases a substantial old European diamond at the centre (0. 40ct), surrounded by a halo of calibre cut onyx, further encircled by rose cut diamonds accented by calibre cut emeralds. Crafted in 18k gold with platinum
