Pillot's Aligoté is a great choice to pair with grilled lobster

this wine will be a winner with your next fish and chips dinner
Zagreus Winery 'Born to be Wild' Pet-Nat White Bulgarian Thracian Valley, 2024 cream liqueur grown in calcareous clay soilsAnother sparkling compliment to the Zagreus 'Santimenti' cuves, this wine is a split of two indigenous varietals Dimyat and Rkatsiteli for twice as much to love. It's fun with a light amount of residual sugar that set ups notes of grapefruit oil, unripe white peach, and pineapple nectar. For pairing, we'd recommend something as simple as a summer salad or as elevated as a pistachio and chicharrn crusted duck breast.
