I've been looking out for one of these with some sort of interesting/unusual symbolism for a while now

The quality is completely breathtaking

A superb antique silver guard chain dating from the latter half of the 19th century

but given the central hessonite garnet is carved as a heart cabochon I'm going with heartburst (and all the connotations that brings)

It's charming
