Scar of the Sea 'SLO Coast' Pinot Noir San Luis Obispo Coast, 2024 collaboration Bright orchard fruit aromas: ripeThis is 100% Pinot Noir from vineyards in the SLO Coast and Edna Valley. All vineyards except for one are practicing biodynamic, with the outlier being farmed organically. The wine is vinified 10 20% whole cluster, and aged for 7 months in old French oak barrels. Pair it with miso marinated salmon cubes over rice and cucumbers.
