Vignalta 'Ode' Bianco Veneto IGT, 2022 picpoul and tart grapefruitThis wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Manzoni Bianco, and Chardonnay, from the upper hills of Veneto. It is sourced from younger vines, and aged in stainless steel with cold stabilization for fruit retention. It is a perfect wine for snacks and appetizers, including baked clams, fruit and cheese plates, and grilled shrimp skewers.
