Ridge Vineyards Grenache Blanc, 2024 montalcino and ripe bananaThis wine is made from 84% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul, and 2% Roussane, from the Rhone varietal heavy Paso Robles. We would pair it with grilled sea bass, served with broccolini. The wine is aged a mixture of new used American Oak, French Oak, and clay amphora, bringing out loads of interesting texture, under the blend's naturally fresh acidity.
