Ridge Vineyards Grenache Blanc, 2024 montalcino and ripe bananaThis wine is made from 84% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul, and 2% Roussane, from the Rhone varietal heavy Paso Robles. We would pair it with grilled sea bass, served with broccolini. The wine is aged a mixture of new used American Oak, French Oak, and clay amphora, bringing out loads of interesting texture, under the blend's naturally fresh acidity. Cool nights and warm days in Paso Robles also help the grapes maintain their acidity and mouthwatering
