A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc, you experience all of what made the Lieu Dit project take on its current form. This wine is bright and fruit forward with notes of golden kiwi, melon, and lemon oil with a crisp mineral backbone. We recommend pairing this with shrimp shumai or a board of your favorite soft cheeses.
