Accented by four smaller round amethysts, with open backed settings that allows the light the shine through these gorgeous stones. Mounted in wonderfully ornate 15k gold, featuring the type of cannetille work typical of this period. Crafted with a brooch fitting, this piece allows for wear on a chain or as a brooch, dating from the 1820's.
