Thompson's infamous semi autobiographical 'Gonzo' novel based on two trips he made to Las Vegas with Chicano Movement activist Oscar Zeta Acosta in 1971 'Fear and Loathing' is a thrilling, hilarious, hazy, drug fuelled, surreal road journey that must be experienced at least once.
