Victorian Ivy Leaf Cross Pendant three stone ring with various shades of blueDATE: Victorian, c. 1890 This antique cross pendant is modelled in 9 karat gold, and dates from the late Victorian era, circa 1890. It features beautifully chased ivy leaves, carved by hand, and a plain diagonal stripe down the middle. The ivy leaf motif appears often in jewellery of this vintage; according to the Victorian "language of the flowers" it represents fidelity and affection "I Cling To Thee".
