Rootbeer Leaf 4th of July earthy beet tasteVery large dark green leaves, about 6" 7" long with an amazingly fresh rootbeer taste! This includes hints of anise, mint, cloves and black pepper. Rootbeer Leaf can be used as a dramatic bed for meats, for steaming with fish or shrimp, wrapping chicken or cheese, or braised with vegetables. In season year round (JanuaryDecember). Please note: Our products are seasonal, which means colors and size may vary during the year.
