It has a gorgeous relief / embossed type border reminiscent of Victorian lace with big leaves and flowers (I believe they are Morning Glory)

A printed yellow border frames the arrangement around the edge of the plate

this is  a beautiful example of early Staffordshire potteries and the Aesthetic Movement

I have discounted the set due to these small flaws

This is a rare and hard to find piece in such great condition
