Penn Conflict II Spinning Reels Reels Model:CFTII2000 The back panel is constructedPenn Conflict II Spinning Reels have been redesigned for 2018. The original Conflict was an upgraded Battle while the Conflict II shares more DNA with the Clash. These new reels are constructed of RR30, a very rigid carbon material that is strong but light in weight. By using RR30, Penn was able to shave off 20% of the weight from the original Conflict without sacrificing integrity. They have incorporated CNC machined aluminum main and pinion gears
