Warm honey peach apricot textured This warm honey coloured wine balances a direct, basket pressed portion of Solaris with Bacchus grapes that undergo 15 days of skin maceration. Driven by an ambient fermentation using indigenous yeasts, it ages in a mixture of stainless steel and seasoned Burgundy barrels to develop a golden, smoothly textured mouthfeel with soft hints of vanilla.
