Tucked just off Sixth Street at 604 Neches, Lovejoys Tap Room & Brewery became one of downtown Austins true outsider institutions equal parts dive bar, neighborhood clubhouse, punk refuge, and home brew experiment. For nearly two decades, it stood just far enough away from the Sixth Street chaos to feel like a secret. Inside, nothing was polished or refined. But that
