Anthrax Livestock Vaccine Rx Administer a second 2 mlColorado Serum Prepared from a relatively nonpathogenic, encapsulated variant strain of B. anthracis. Contains viable spores suspended in diluent containing saponin, fully tested for purity, dissociation, spore count, safety and potency. Safe for cattle, sheep, swine and horses. Inject 1 ml SQ about 4 weeks prior to the time the disease usually appears. In heavily contaminated areas, a booster is recommended 2 to 3 weeks after initial dose.
