The German silver cheeks have a no pinch ball hinge for good control, good to lift the head and shoulders, pull the horse a little more in the turns, or take more hold int he box. The 1 3 8" low port chain mouth provides some tongue relief and conforms to the shape of the horse's mouth for even dispersal of pressure. An excellent bit for timed events.
