Gerard Boulay 'Comtesse' Sancerre, 2022 goose island the Bijofu Junmai is aThis wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We love it paired with white pizza, grilled swordfish, or spicy chicken. This wine comes from 50 75 year old vines located in the sweet spot of the Mont Damns vineyard (bottom of the slope, near Clos La Neore of Vatan) and is often the most powerful wine from Boulay's lineup. Vintage 2005 was the inaugural release.
