Famille Dubard 'Coeur du Mont' Pinot Noir, 2024 mendicino Pair with a rustic pastaThis wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, grown on super rocky limestone soil. The wine is incredibly bright and juicy from being fermented and aged in stainless steel. We would pair it with a lightly grilled steak topped with mushrooms.
