Pepin Rouge No. 6 VdF, N/V oec or grilled burgersThis wine is made from equal parts Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault, with a small percentage of Muscat. The small addition of white Muscat gives this red dominated blend a juicy aromatic lift. Pair it with flank steak tacos and with a good group of friends. Pepin is a negociant project spearheaded by Achille, a biodynamic producer in Alsace, aimed at sourcing organic fruit from small biodynamic farmers, and producing low intervention wines for
