Sierra de Gredos is known for having a mosaic of soil types and especially difficult growing conditions, which lead to extremely thought provoking wines. The Garnacha is sourced from the villages of Villanuenva, Navatalgordo and Burgohondo, from organic, bush trained vines, at 900 to 1170 meters of altitude on sandy granitic soils. After being pressed and aged for eight months
