Domaine Lampyres ‘Des Sens’ Blanc, 2022 bisson using only the pure sugarcaneThis wine is made of 32% Grenache Blanc, 32% Grenache Gris, 32% Grenache Noir, and 4% Muscat Petits Grains. All the Grenache was direct pressed from whole cluster and fermented in a 20 hectoliter foudre. The Muscat Petits Grains was fermented in aged in large barrel. The wine has juicy acidity and a touch of sweet spice from the Muscat, and would be a perfect pairing with a spicy Pad See Ew.
