It has a raised top with most beautiful greenish blue turquoises in differentshades and a strong blue smaller turquoise on the top of the dome. As you can see in the pics, absolutely wonderful silver work in a rare style. The silver has some patina, which could of course be carefully cleaned. This cuff bracelet will fit best a medium size wrist. It is not really adjustable.
