Ascesa 'Murunèe' Rosso di Valtellina Superiore Riserva DOCG, 2020 guava Pair with a grilled hamburgerbresThis wine is made of 100% Nebbiolo (locally Chiavennasca) grown on steep, high altitude terraces approaching 700 meters, contributing both structure and alpine freshness. In the glass, it shows a deeper, more evolved profile than the Rosso bottlings, with aromas of dried cherry, rose, orange peel, and alpine herbs layered over notes of tobacco, spice, and a subtle smoky minerality. The palate is firm and structured, with finely knit tannins,
