The vineyard is western facing, and allows the grapes to ripen gradually. This lovely sparkler has notes of candied cherry and pomegranate juice. It is the Champlain Valley's expression of Lambrusco, and pairs perfectly with a Thanksgiving meal of turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce, or with a Tuesday night pizza.
