Initially given away with White Pony purchases in the US at selected stores. Not only is the CD 3" wide its also subject to having its top and bottom levelled off too, why? no idea but it looks like a dream. Also contains the video for Street Carp and works on Mac and PC for use with any tray type CD drives only. Probably wont see one again. Condition: NM EX
