Grapes are sun dried for two weeks after manual harvest. Spontaneously fermented in cement. Extremely long and careful aging in a mixture of thoroughly used Russian, French and Austrian oak barrels ranging in size from 300L to 1350L. Approx 300 g L of RS. Bottled in 2025.
