The figurine is from 2002 and sculpted by Dusty Horner. Bernard stands approximately 4" tall and his tail is made of pewter. The underside has some crazing visible and has a 25th Anniversary stamp. Original green box and COA are included. Item 1217982. Great collectible for the Rescuers fan or WDCC collector!
