The scene depicts Haddon Hall in 1792. The grounds are lush, being landscaped with large trees, walkways and bridges as illustrated by H Fennell. The border is an intricate blend of Victorian scrollwork outlined by delicate & small geometric patterns w lush roses and other flowers placed intermittently around it.
