Driven by a balance of minerality and pure fruit, with a palate of white peach, apricot, and hints of pineapple. A fruit forward expression of Chardonnay that is perfect for those hot summer days. We would pair it with an acorn squash risotto. Winemaker Cedric Chne is the 5th generation to make wine for the Domaine.
