A. Bergère 'Origine' Brut Champagne, N/V (750ml) napa cab This wine is 100% RieslingThis wine is made from 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and 10% Meunier. We love it paired with Fried Chicken, Sushi Takeout, or Tater Tots. The current generation of this storied Champagne family has not yet listed "organic" on the label and refuses to do so until all of his parcels are certified. In the meantime, his very careful organic practices and hard work in the Field and Cellar reveal a delicious go to treat.
